Christian McCaffrey (28) and Olivia Culpo (32) got married on June 29 in a Chapel at Watch Hill, a coastal neighborhood in the town of Westerly Rhode Island. The pair had been preparing for the fateful day for months.
The pair flew over to the quaint little town earlier this week, announcing that the day had finally come. When asked about the reason behind getting married at Chapel, Culpo revealed it was McCaffrey’s desired choice.

Along with the religious venue, Culpo went for a simple, yet traditional, wedding gown. She claimed that a wedding is a ‘covenant’, a beginning to the rest of a couple’s lives.
Her dress was a specially customized Dolce & Gabbana attire, imbued with elegance and simplicity. It was a long-sleeve ball gown that featured a crew neck and dropped waist, paired with a 16-foot lace veil.
Contrary to the norm, Olivia Culpo opted for very little makeup. Her intention was not ‘to exude sex.’
I didn’t want it to exude sex in any way, shape, or form. I wanted it to feel effortless and as if it’s complimenting me, not overpowering me.Olivia Culpo revealed
She had already pictured her wedding attire in her mind. After describing the intricacies and the little details of her dress, the artists at Dolce & Gabbana drew a sketch for her. Culpo revealed that her wedding gown was exactly the same as the sketch.

Christian McCaffrey, wore a black tuxedo to complement Culpo’s dress. The pair walked down the aisle surrounded by family and close friends, blessing them with a happy married life.

Olivia Culpo had to break a rule to date Christian McCaffrey
Culpo and McCaffrey started dating back in 2019. However, she had to break a very strict rule to make it happen. She never had any intentions of dating an athlete.
He's [Christian McCaffrey] just the best, I feel like he is [really] everything that I could ever ask for. So, I never have to worry about anything. I think that was the reason why I didn't want to date an athlete, [no offense] because there is a reputation there. He comes from a great family. Both his parents played sports, especially his father Ed McCaffrey, who won three Super Bowls playing for the Denver Broncos and the 49ers.
